Established in 2021, ORR Inc. is a dedicated municipal general contracting firm serving public agencies throughout the Pacific Northwest. Based in Stayton, Oregon, we specialize in building, rehabilitating, and maintaining the essential public infrastructure that communities rely on every day.

From complex pump stations and water treatment plants to structural concrete and fuel systems, our team provides the technical expertise and project management required to execute large-scale municipal projects. Our team possesses hundreds of years of combined experience in the public works and construction sectors. We established ORR Inc. to provide a level of service that focuses on longevity and precision.

We serve public agencies throughout the Pacific Northwest and Western United States, including Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and Nevada. We generally do not work in California, though exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Are you available for emergency repairs?

Yes. We understand that infrastructure failure can happen at any time. We are available 24/7 for Municipal Agency Emergency Work to restore critical services as quickly as possible.

Do you supply equipment as well as installation?

Yes. In addition to our contracting services, we supply high-quality products such as Deep Well Pumps and High Horsepower Submersible Motors tailored to municipal requirements.
